Very comfortable

This was our fourth time staying at this hotel. It's been good on our prior stays but this time we had a different experience Service was not nearly as good. Staff were not very friendly. Housekeeping was very poor. The included breakfast was sub-par compared to previous stays. Bins were not replenished like they should have been, and this was in the middle of the service time, not at the end. Our room was not in the greatest condition. Overall, an unpleasant stay. Very disappointed.

We were traveling from Seattle to Portland so it was a few miles out of the way, but easy to get to. The young who greeted us was exceptional. We met some nice front desk people on our trip, but she was the best. Her manners set you at ease. The breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa, sausage, yogurt, waffles. Clean and neat area.

Not much to say here. I am happy not to have to write more.

The room was spacious and clean.

Blackout shades were broken so they switched us rooms but had no king rooms left so we ended up with two queens which is not what we wanted. The employee working that night was not helpful at all and could care less.

Up to date, and clean. Great location.

Checkin too awhile.

One of my better experiences staying in the area. Hotel was clean and the staff were always polite and welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean (except the cleaning crew does need to look behind the nightstands because there was an old water bottle and dust), and well appointed. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear your neighbors...everything, and the doors are really loud when they close which was hard to handle at all hours of the night. The only other thing that was noticeable was the mattress and blankets. The mattress felt like it was sagging around the outer edges and the bed linens were pretty thin and kind of cheap overall.

Nothing! We weren’t able to stay!

We booked the property online about an hour before arrival and when we showed up they told us they were fully booked and had no room. When we contacted Bookings.com they said there was no problem - which was not true! We then had to scramble and pay yet again for another hotel. It’s been over a month and we still do not have this issue resolved! I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR SERVICES UNTIL YOU DO THE RIGHT THING AND REFUND OUR MONEY!!! FYI - we can’t stay in 2 hotels at the same time 😖
