Courtyard Marriott San Salvador

The property is in a good location. Easy walk to restaurants. The area is very safe.

My room had a balcony but it was useless since there was no table or chairs on the balcony. The laundry room has only one machine to wash and one to dry very inconvenient as they were always in use. I requested a room next to my parents the girls at the front desk said I could have the room across from them but it had to be cleaned. I was waiting for the room to be cleaned another family came in and they gave them the room by mistake when I complained they told me the room was still being cleaned but I could no longer have it. That was bad customer service in my opinion. Other than that the hotel was ok.

The room was clean and the beds and sheets very comfortable.

Really nice hotel, next to the mall. But the air conditioning should be renew, because is really bad to hear, turn on and off, all the night.

Love this place will totally estay here again
