The hotel has a feel good factor, the room has iron, kettle and cookies, the restaurant staffs were very polite and extremly nice

It has character and is in a nice location, the staff were lovely at reception.

My room was on the ground floor with a terrace but anyone could access it. Bed was noisy just to sit on. Two make shift repairs in ceiling in my room. Breakfast wasn’t until 7am on a week day which is too late for me.

Expected some sort of hotel A-Z booklet, menus, etc. but no informative communication left in room (703) Hated the huge wall clock in bathroom that wasn't working - a lot of nice design features in hotel but that wasn't one of them!

It was geared for corporate meetings rather than short breaks for couples.

Very good choice of food for self service breakfast. Good ground floor room,but insulation from other people walking about late and during night not good. Parking space for car very good.

Very difficult to find at night,the entrance is easily missed and had to ask at fuel station for directions,as the mobile phone signal for Google sat nav bad.
