Great location. Pet friendly. A 5 min walk to a fast EV charging station.

Service and amenities were top notch. Clean, friendly staff.

Enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit in addition to all the scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, home fries coffee, juices, bread, muffins, danish, cinnamon toast etc one could eat or drink. In regard to amenities in the room, I appreciated the TV channel selection, the cleanliness of the room, especially bathroom. Thanks for the bar of soap!! One is enough. I refuse to use the pump dispensers in the shower. I bring my own shampoo. Fantastic lighting in bathroom. I really appreciated the door on the bathroom too, for future travel with my husband.

I stayed in Room 305. The air conditioner was difficult to control temperature wise. It was approaching 64 degrees in the room assigned to me when I first stepped in the room! The heating/ cooling fan rarely stopped working throughout the night. The bathroom sink faucet was difficult to turn to cold water from hot to cold. I refuse to use the shampoo etc dispensers in the shower. Does no one remember the tampering with Tylenol in 1982? And it is silly to store dry towels inside a shower!

I liked that this location was close to Hershey Park. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The swimming pool was clean and warm.

It rained ALOT, which caused the water to be yellowish brown. This was no fault of the hotels, but it made me feel not so clean. The beds weren't that comfortable (for us). And I wish we could've gotten one of the newer model rooms, but my app wasn't working, so I couldn't pick my room. Again, no fault of the hotels.

We had 3 rooms booked for the Hershey Soccer Tournament. There were no complaints at all about the hotel stays! We even had to use the laundry room to wear very stinky uniforms. Lol. All of the staff was amazingly nice & helpful from front desk, room & hotel housekeeping. Hope to stay again next year if we join the tournament again!

Night staff was great! Helped me get some extra pillows fast..they were friendly and efficient. Morning staff was awful. Rude. Everything cost extra including the bottled water. Considering the cost of the room.this seemed ridiculous

We had a nice stay. The only problem was that we had a 1st floor room and there was a ground light right outside our window. The shades aren't blackout and the curtains don't close. So the room was at least partially lit all night.
