Personalmente no me gustó el olor del gel de manos. Pero imagino que son gustos personales.

The breakfast that was included was great - a lot of options buffet style. Very welcoming, friendly staff. Good hotel facilities - bar, restaurant, gym and pool. We stayed in a one bedroom king suite - very spacious, with a large bathroom including bath with a separate toilet. The king bed was very comfortable.

The roll away bed provided, was not comfortable and came at a cost of 45 euros per night.

This is an upscale hotel right next to the airport. The free shuttle took only 5 minutes to the airport.

Que tuve una problema con el jacuzzi en la habitación e insistentemente llamé a recepción sin recibir respuesta, cuando me respondieron enviaron a una mersona de mantención y dijo que no había solución y se fue, que me llamarían, lo que nunca fue, yo tuve que volver a consultar y me dijeron que no había solución. Me dijeron que al día siguiente me harían un descuento, lo que que consulté al día siguiente y me dijeron que no hacen descuentos. Tuve un problema inmediato y no tuve solución, compensación ni cambio de habitación inmediata. Mala atención servicio al cliente

Location is next to airport & a complimentary shuttle bus is frequent from the airport to the Hilton. The hotel is ideal if you are arriving late at night to Madrid to stay the first night instead of travelling to your apartment or if you are just in transit. The Hotel is clean, comfortable and a very nice breakfast included to start your day. The staff are excellent and although the large water in the room was 4.95 euros we were not charged. (We did tell them ). Very convenient for us.

All was good. Obviously not the choice if you want to explore Madrid centro.
