The location and the view

It was a little costly.

Day 4 out of 14. The hotel is very well set out and all the staff are brilliant. The hotel is spotless and the staff are always making sure it stays that way. Always sun loungers available. We have had breakfast, lunch and dinner on different days and all are excellent and good value (especially the portion sizes at lunch). All the staff who look after the bar and restaurant (both teams) always look after you and are very friendly and take time to chat to people. To be fair everybody in the hotel, the people who clean the rooms etc and look after reception are all the same, always have a smile and a friendly word. To top it off, you step out of the front door and you are on the gap - what more could you want. Hoping the next 10 days pass very slowly.

Everything was just great. The front desk staff were very approachable and helpful. the room was nice and cosy, well made up with a kitchenette in case you wanted to do your own thing. The view from the room over the sea was breathtaking. Dinner was simply delightful and not expensive as was breakfast. The rum punch was also good.

What started out as a business trip turned into an extended stay and unexpected birthday celebration, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend it. The staff at South Gap Hotel were incredibly kind and friendly, making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I had a superb ocean-view room with the most breathtaking sunset views, clean, modern, and relaxing. The food was delicious, and the drinks were just as good! Thank you, South Gap, for such a lovely experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

We had a Wonderful time and experience at this beautiful hotel, overlooking the Ocean. The Staff were very friendly and was always ready to assist. Their faces were always lit with a smile, making you feel welcome everytime you came in contact with each of them. The Receptionist Tia, O.M.G she is just a sweetheart, very friendly and caring. Tia always made sure to check in on us via a phone call when she's on shift. Our room was a self Contained room. We had bread & breakfast, Lunch & dinner. The food is really good. It is affordable and it is alot. The pool is clean and very relaxing where you can just grab a drink or so from the bar. It can be a cocktail , rum punch or just a complimentary drink of your choice. This hotel is Located in an area where there is night life. Clubs, bar, restaurants & Kareoke etc. The people are very friendly and invites you to whats happening on a particular night so you can enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to whenever we travel to Barbados to make this Hotel our staycation home. We love the people and the hospitality. We will be back.

If i have to describe it… a 10 out of a 10 experience. Besides the fact that the hotel is awesome and my roomview was GORGEOUS… hearing the waves of the ocean in my whole room the whole time which gives a very relaxing sensation. The staff is also a 10 out of a ten, every one of them. Thanks to my girl Shareka who made me feel so comfortable and tried her utter best to give me an early check in, as i arrived early in the morning. Tia is also a sweetheart. Tamisha girl.. you cleaned my room perfectly every time. I really had nu urge to leave the hotel, as the bar and restaurant offers great food and drinks, and the view is at any time awesome. I will definitely go back, i hope asap. South Gap hotel, keep this appearance up! To the staff: thanks for naking my stay so pleasurable.

This hotel is truly a gem in St.Lawrence Gap. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and newly renovated. The food at Tropical Mist restaurant is delicious! We had a wonderful stay here. Will definitely return.
