The hotel is fine but fine isn’t what I normally think of with a Four Seasons. The service is lacking for a five star hotel and we had issues that were not that bad but not expected at this type of hotel. For example being questioned fairly aggressively regarding our room number to use the spa facilities numerous times. Staff are everywhere lots of them and usually not doing to much but we had to flag most of them down just to make a request. The hotel is extremely large and you need to effective walk through a network of tunnels to get to breakfast which is on the other side of the road near the beach roughly a 5-10 minute walk. Room is comfortable and clean and if I was paying less money I probably wouldn’t raise the issues but I don’t think we would return.
