Though it is not a new hotel, yet they are managing to keep uo the stars. Reception are very helpful and accomodating to specific requests. Housekeeping staff as well, very responsive. Just be aware when crowded especially on specific holidays, can get a little bit noisy in some of the common facilities.

The hotel deserves 3 star maximum. Food choises are mediocre. Staff in restaurants is non existent. In general, only reception was helpfull. Even housekeeping was not up to par. I will never return! Wasted money for sure

Denizi çok güzeldi, kış olmasına rağmen denize girdik:) Kahvaltı lezzetli ve çeşit boldu. Casino olması iyiydi. Keyifli vakit geçirdik

"SPLENDİD needs a bit of work"

Checked in and was given a room that was occupied (walked in on somebody else’s belongings). This was quickly rectified and we were upgraded to a family suite. Nice and spacious but no bed made up for our daughter, not enough towels, a shower that scolded you because the taps needed fixing, safe didn’t work & it was our wedding anniversary (informed hotel before) and nothing was sent to our room. Only there 5 nights so didn’t want to change rooms again as we’d already changed once. Staff are polite&helpful but just feel for a five star they should have been more aware and up on problems in the rooms. Great chef at the pool bar and excellent pizzas 👌. Nice break and didn’t let a few issues ruin such a beautiful country.
