Bad food and unprofessional staff

We enjoyed staying at hotel splendid, good location, clean, comfortable room,very nice pools and spa. The only disappointment was from the restaurant, regular food and the environment little cool.

Excellent place to stay with excellent staff I would definitely go back again the experience I had it’s about five stars.

I was really impressed breakfast was incredible property is quite breathtaking and staff was super helpful and pleasent to deal with...

We spent 6 days here and had such a great time and lounged around at the beach and the poolside. Rooms are stylishly decorated and cleaned every day, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic - excellent choice of food and the staff is also very kind and helpful. Definitly will come back again.

The hotel and hotel staff was nice and well organized. Overall I had a hard time justifying the cost of the view versus the cost of goods; drinks, launder service, casino, etc. Simple economics of supply and demand do not govern the hotel's decisions - I think it is poorly managed (upper management). If you have 10-15 free dealers standing around upstairs in the casino with only 1 table of 25 minimum in play why wouldn't you lower the minimums to play? We would have sat down to play for less - ended up going to another casino just to go play and yes, they were 10 EURO minimums. Bars and pool side nobody is drinking (except a few drinks ourselves) - again highly over priced drinks and goods. People like ourselves who can afford these drinks simply choose not to because the entire business model of this place is broken - unless you're intentions are of creating a false personal of exclusivity for snobby travels. Views were amazing but would not stay here again due to complaints mentioned above.

Everything was wonderful - beach access is right across the street, spa is very pleasant (many different spa options). Room was spacious and I was given an upgrade to the sea view room which was beautiful.

Hotel lives up to its name - very splendid indeed. One of the finest swimming pools anywhere with a gorgeous (Adriatic) beach and plenty of activities / dining near by. Live music by the poolside was a nice touch and the talent was diverse. Food service was usually fairly slow, but it was reliable given enough patience. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and modern with nice views. Breakfast buffet was quite outstanding and deservedly popular, though selection of fresh fruit could certainly be improved. Very popular with families and children - unsurprisingly so.

The hotel was clean and the facilities were very good. Most of the staff were pleasant and efficient. But the pool bar service was too slow and the hotel was a bit dull at night.
