Det är inte roligt när man når sitt resmål får information av hotellet att de "tyvärr råkat hyra ut vårt rum" och inte kan göra något åt saken. Att de är nonchalanta och bara rycker på axlarna gör inte saken bättre. När vi dagen efter ska checka ut vill de att vi ska betala ett pris som är 50% högre än vid bokning, dessutom ska vi betala även för de rum vi inte fick med förklaringen "- ni hade ju bokat fler rum, då får ni betala för det också."
