Good location on the harbour/ port Nice pool Nice decor in foyer

Superior room but was a bit dark and ordinary. No view. Beige/ grey. Just bland My daughter got bit of glass in her foot in the bedroom. A lady at the pool got some glass in her foot from around the pool Pool area a bit shabby. Bar wasn’t open all of the time Breakfast was nothing special to be honest. Same every day. Reconstituted scrambled egg/ masses of carb pastries. Just ok but not special

Vue sur port exceptionnelle

Suite réservée contractuellement disponible à 15h, effectivement disponible à 16h30, en nous disant en amont tous les ¼ d’heure, depuis 13h30, qu’elle allait être prête dans 20 minutes. Aucun appel du client t qui doit lui même se renseigner sur le sujet. Vue sur port avec rue passant très bruyante, fenêtres très peu isolantes. Il m’a été demandé plusieurs fois ma carte d’identité et plusieurs fois l’empreinte de carte bancaire; aucune centralisation de l’information ni coordination entre les différents hôtesses d’accueil réalisant le Ckeck-in inexpérimenté et a fortiori mal managées. Petit déjeuner facturé deux fois naturellement ! Avoir obtenu après réclamation.

Établissement très beau, magnifique, nouvelle décoration. La piscine sur le toit et l’emplacement sur le vieux port.

Le prix du petit déjeuner à 24 euros. Très cher.
