MARITIM Hotel Amelia - Luxury Ultra All Inclusive

I liked most of the things of the offer: the room and it's facilities, the food and the the service in general.

The height of the hallways and the spaciousness of the room where the reception and the bar work. The red wine should be served at 12 - 15 degrees. I noticed that the bartender and the restaurant manager didn't know that and my request seems to be a curiosity for them. But I appreciated that in the next day they putted apart a bottle at a better temperature.

It was beyond my expectations, very clean, comfortable, an excellent room. It even had a smart TV that included a few streaming apps (Netflix, prime, disney). The buffet was very good, with a lot of options,it was even ok for us, as vegans. It would be nice to see some dedicated meals for vegans, some desserts, and have maybe a cook or the chief of staff of the day, walk a bit through the guests and check if all is ok (someone that speaks English well) - it would go better with the 5 star conditions the hotel is providing. Albena is also very nice, definitely recommend.

Some icecream flavors & cackes at the reception bar were as "not all inclusive" but payable. That’s a shame for "ultra all inclusive". Almost zero on the cost side but in principle unacceptable for customer

Great location with a beautiful sea view, friendly staff and tasty food.
