"Budget motel. Not the greatest but you get what you paid for I guess"

The front desk person was really nice

The tv remote did not work. Just too much noises even tho requested a more quiet room since I’m a light sleeper. Not that clean. Breakfast was not that great.

"Utterly frustrating! Baymount Murfreesboro is a criminal shady operation"

Nothing . Homeless people living all around the hotel

I paid Booking .com for the room and you paid them . Then they took my credit card and charged me again! Refused to credit me ! I called my credit card and disputed the charge! This whole experience is a nightmare

The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful!! So friendly and welcoming. Let us know about things to do in the area and just gave genuine conversation. She was training a new gentleman at the counter but that did not pull away from the attention she gave to us. Top notch lady!!

Nothing really. It was clean and comfortable. We are only visiting for one night . But will book again when back in the area
