"Great stay in Santa Cruz"

The staff was really friendly. The location was perfect and we could walk to everything.

The neighbors were ridiculously loud at the pool and back in their room, until 3am our first night. I know that is not the fault of the hotel, but it was tough to sleep.

The carpet had dog hair on itand some dog hair was left in the bathroom trash can.
