My King Room was clean and was bigger than others and had large windows overlooking a park/soccer field,easy to forget you are at a hotel. We went mainly for downtown and boardwalk,perfect location for both,walked the whole time,a little bit of traffic noise and byo coffee stuff.

Parking is a little tight

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the famous Santa Cruz pier and beach, which makes it incredibly convenient whether you're there for the surf, the boardwalk or just a relaxed coastal stroll. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with everything you'd actually need rather than just the bare minimum. The atmosphere is calm and quiet.

None worth mentioning — a clean, comfortable and well-located stay that delivered on every front.
