Great location, excellent facilities. The thermal suite is well worth the money, a nice way to pass an hour or two. Breakfast had lots of choice ( especially for coeliacs) which was a pleasant surprise.

The room was stifling hot at night, even with the window open. Enquiries at the tranquillity spa went unanswered and we had follow up with two phone calls which I think for a 4* hotel is not great.

This is a great hotel , location is so convenient . I was travelling with parents and children and the staff have to be noted to for their friendliness and welcoming approach from reception to service at breakfast. The hotel lobby is extremely comfortable and roomy , the little coffee dock is a great touch and offers great relaxation area .

From our first interaction at the reception desk, until the moment we left going out through the barrier of the carpark, everyone was exceptional. Brilliant staff all round, lovely comfortable room, bar and lobby area. Delicious breakfast. Just perfect.

Firstly an issue around check in. Then at dinner I ordered a starter, but my partner wanted a starter as a main course and was told this was not available. The food itself was delicious and staff excellent . Our room overlooked several air conditioning units that were very noisy. Disrupted our nights sleep. The hotel would have known that beforehand . Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Lastly the next morning after a shower there was no hairdryer in the room. I don’t want to sound like a manic complainer. This is a first for me but I feel strongly about it . I did let reception know the before check out

Location and it was so clean, staff were so nice too.

The room was way too warm, was like the heating was on. Staff came to check but then the thermostat in the room wouldn’t work.
