"Étape sympathique."

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont refaites depuis peu, très pratiques et très jolies. Le petit déjeuner super sympa 👍. Et bon rapport qualité prix.👍

Difficultés pour se garer, les occupants pas très agréables mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien.. Pas facile de stationner devant pour pouvoir déposer les bagages. Rien qui nous empêchera d'y retourner.

"Molt soroll, música alta i poc descans."

Habitació gran i confortable, bona neteja. Després d'insistir la cap de personal ens va canviar d'habitació a una zona una mica més tranquila.

No recomano aquest hotel si el que busques és descansar. Està clarament orientat a un tipus de turisme de festa i soroll fins a la matinada. Música molt alta del mateix hotel i d'hotels veïns fins ben entrada la nit i després encara se senten crits, portes i gent beguda tornant a les habitacions durant molta estona. Parets i portes poc insonoritzades. Si vols tranquil·litat o dormir bé, aquest no és el teu lloc. Ens hem assabentat que tot Santa Susanna és igual d'abril a octubre.

Dîner et petit-déjeuner correct Hôtel conforme à la norme 4* espagnol Personnels de l'accueil et du restaurant sympathiques. Rapport qualité prix imbattable (91€ la nuit pour 2 adultes dîner et petit-déjeuner inclus)

Impossible d'avoir une chambre avec 2 lits séparés alors qu'expressément demandée. Il serait temps d'équiper les chambres avec des lits une place pouvant être rapprochés pour faire un grand lit comme ça plus de problématiques. Un peu trop loin du circuit moto gp.

La amabilidad del personal de limpieza sobre todo de la persona responsable de la planta donde estábamos nosotros,y el personal del comedor.

La poca variedad de comida al medio día.Solo plancha,un poco aburrido 🥱🥱
