Stunning location comfortable and airy- really loved hotel and would definitely go again

Although the name of hotel is Ibiza Corso Hotel and Spa there was no spa! We were advised before hand that the spa would be closed until 17th may but when we enquired about it we were told there was no spa and we could see no evidence of one!

The location is good.

The service was absolutely catastrophic. At 8:30 in the morning, a hotel employee aggressively knocked on my room door because water was dripping into the room below. The employee was extremely rude and insisted on entering my room, even though this was clearly not an issue I caused. This is not an acceptable way to treat hotel guests. In addition, it was only communicated one day before arrival that some hotel facilities would not be available during my stay. Despite this inconvenience, no compensation or credit note was offered.

The location of this hotel is excellent, breakfast was really good and the room was very comfortable with an excellent view of the harbour. Unfortunately they have new owners who are going to add things to it and revamp the rooms and also turn it into a 5 star hotel which is a shame as it’s great as it is.

Eine Woche vor der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Spa geschlossen ist, welches maßgeblich für unsere Buchung war. Das Management war telefonisch nicht erreichbar und hat auch auf keine schriftlichen Anfragen reagiert. Bei einem Viersternehotel hätten wir da durchaus mehr erwartet… Das Management schien an einer Lösung beziehungsweise einem Entgegenkommen auch nicht im geringsten interessiert. Schade.
