Great location with Balcony overlooking harbour and old Town

Nous avons été accueilli merveilleusement bien. L’hôtel était parfait et très propre…. Comme le spa était en travaux, ils nous ont gentiment offert le restaurant dans leur hôtel pour cinq personnes avec le vin compris incroyable mais vrai…😁 L’emplacement au top, les produits Rituals dans la salle de bain à volonté, sans oublier la vue sur la citadelle… Mois prochain séjour à Ibiza, j’y reviendrai sans hésiter.. Je recommande vivement

The property was a bait and switch. The purpose of our stay was to relax and use the spa services daily. We had initially scheduled other hotels and decided with this one for the spa. I called to confirm the spa was working and the staff said yes that our room would have direct access. The SPA is closed and had been for renovations. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

One of the towels in our to had a hole the size of a tennis ball Nothing is included. I ordered room service and the tuna tartar was purple. When I called the restaurant to advise , they laughed and stated they knew it didn’t look right. They removed the fish from our bill but did not attempt to make anything right. The hotel has been purchased by a new owner, staff is not very polite. The room we selected had lounge chairs on the picture, our balcony had plastic chairs. The hotel looks pretty at first but several issues with the rooms. We attempted to find another place e to stay but it was too expensive at the last minute. Super dissatisfied as I paid a hefty dollar for something that was not delivered.
