"Bad experience"

Disastrous experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and cold. There was absolutely no sense of customer service — it felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. The room was clearly not checked before our arrival. The bathroom and toilets were flooded, showing a complete lack of hygiene and basic quality control. This is unacceptable and far below the minimum standards of any hotel. The only positive point was the restaurant service, which was decent, but it does not come close to compensating for the rest of the experience. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Avoid it.

L'emplacement magnifique, le calme, la verdure, chambers fastest avec une Belle Vue Le personel trop serieux et gentils

Propreté modeste Touts est payant, bains,thermal, accés à la Salle de sport. Dans l'habitude pour les résidenrs, c'est gratuit. Prix cher des services.
