Netjes en schoon. Prettige sfeer.

Accueil agréable et au top, on a l impression d'être important à chaque minute passée dans les murs de l'hôtel, et un grand merci avec plein de amitié aux personnes qui gèrent le restaurant de l'hôtel, beaucoup d'affection de leur part , cela fait du bien par les temps qui courrent. On reviendra et on va vous recommander

The lovely room with seaview ,comfortable and always clean,the position ( near the beach)the staff in the restaurant Valeria and Lola.I also got to know the owner ( very nice person ) .I had a pleasant stay .I was alone and they make me feel very well a bit like a family friend (in the restaurant especially) .

The food was not particularly exciting for my test ( could be better )and the swimming pool area probably needs a refreshing .

The staff members were so friendly and helpful,we had an amazing stay,a really nice big room.if we ever come back to Malgrat de Mar definitely will stay in the same hotel.

Nothing to not like

Der beheizte Indoor Pool war super, da das Wasser im Meer und in den Außenpools im Mai noch sehr kalt war. Es gab viele glutenfreie Optionen im Hotelrestaurant. Die Restaurantleitung kannte sich sehr gut aus und hat mir sehr geholfen indem sie mir die glutenfreien Speisen zeigte.

Everything was perfect! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the room dining hall manager.

I moved to this hotel after a poor experience with another. They were accommodating, friendly, happy and gve good customer service. very professional.

The evening needed to be a little bit more lively, more music, it was a bit dated at times. The sauna should have been included in the price and the pool was a little too cold. However was very good staff and good overall stay with lots of little treats. The only hotel that had lights during a whole country blackout. and they still dealt with people with a smile.

Never felt more welcome in a hotel, everyone is super nice and we had everything we needed. Food was delitious and view from room was amazing. I will definitely visit again !
