Maistra Select Astarea Hotel

Third stay here at Astarea love the renovations to the place Views, location, rooms, cleanliness and facilities are all great absolutely perfect 😍

Nothing wrong with the property very clean and well maintained excellent condition and beautiful cleaned communal areas (apart from pool wcs clean but very slippery) Staff however 🤔 most are amazing - there are the people who are familiar faces to us and have been there for a number of years they are friendly and helpful However reception staff - apart from a lovely young guy who was incredibly helpful - are rude and unhelpful and some of the restaurant staff were quite ignorant maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go amiss Greeters were really lovely and friendly especially Aisa and Peteric and the short haired lady - not sure about the spelling but lovely people Buffet food was ok - poor quality but lots of choice of meats and fish dishes And desserts were quite disappointing very much the same for 10 days and fresh fruit was sparse This didn’t spoil our stay in Mlini but the service and hospitality let the hotel down

Fenomenalno mjesto! Hotel zasluzuje bar jednu zvjezdicu više... Vratićemo se ponovo.

Goede ligging met verbinding luchthaven

המיקום על הטיילת ,ארוחת בוקר היתה טובה עם הרבה ירקות., חדרים מאד נוחים. היתה לנו מרפסת קטנה עם נוף לים. המלון מתוחזק יפה נקי ושקט. היינו עם רכב וזה מאד משדרג את השהות באיזור.

בהזמנה שעשינו לא היה רשום שהחנייה בתשלום.

Amazing service from the hotel staff, room big enough and with all that was needed for our stay. Lovely beach side hotel and vibe. Access to Sauna and Steam room if we wanted and 24h staff present which helped feel less worried about checking out at 3.30am for our early flight back home, they could arrange a taxi for us at that time easily.

Overall trip a bit pricey: Beach loungers and parasols were not included, most restaurants around are part of the hotel and no real grocery shop unless you leave Mlini, public transport is not straightforward (at the top of the hill and google maps not working) so Taxi and shuttle boats were needed to leave the Hotel for the city and the airport most of the time. Still worth it though as we had a lovely time.
