Very helpful staff. Moved us down a floor (no lift) when they saw that I needed a walking aid.

Overall the hotel and services were great. The staff was stellar. Location was convenient.

aftert a week walking Dubrovnil, I was looking forward to a day or two at the pool. Based on the promotional materials that showed a pool, I mistakenly thought the facility had one.

An elevator is needed at this hotel. But, the staff did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Carried our luggage to our room and back down at check out.

The breakfast was lovely, made-to-order, on the pretty terrace beside the water. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming! The room was nice but being old, it was somewhat worn but still comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient to Old Town while not in the busiest area, so had a great view and less noise.

There was really nothing we did not like.
