Good breakfast - high quality and lots of choice

The property and rooms are nice and staff was great but air condition was not adequate for us. The air-conditioning did work but only dropped the room too around 75°F. That may be good for many people, is not for us. Staff was understanding and try to address the problem but we had to stay. They did give us a refund for the night we canceled.

The live music on the terrace, whilst of a very high quality, was too loud and thus out of keeping with the otherwise elegant ambience.

The staff was welcoming and gave great recommendations. The only negative I would say is they could the breakfast, but the rest of the stay and staff were super!

We just left the hotel and the experience was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the facilities, and most of all, the staff’s attention to detail were a perfect 10. Everyone showed genuine care, and the manager even left a handwritten note for my son and me in our room – a truly special gesture. This is a charming hotel, far from mass tourism, where you still get that personal touch that’s becoming rare these days. Excellent food, spotless cleanliness, and unbeatable value for money. We would return without a second thought!

Everything was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, and attentive. The room was lovely and comfortable and clean. The hotel was only 10 min walk from the ferry and had a lovely view across the water
