"regret what was supposed to be rest turned into a nightmare"

many young people shouting in the hallways, slamming doors in the early hours of the morning, returning from parties, super rude staff, reception staff looking at us with the look of someone who is doing you a favor, there were 3 of us, they only gave us 1 card, I went to reception and asked for another one, I simply arrived politely saying good morning and explaining what I wanted in the most polite way and she simply had a closed face and didn't answer anything, she just handed me the card, this is just one example, breakfast juice, coffee horrible not to mention the disorganization

L'hôtel est très grand bien placé, très bruyant car fréquenté beaucoup plus par des jeunes qu'il vienne faire la fête les chambre mal isolé, on entend tout se qu'il se passe chez les voisins je me suis fait voler ma serviette de bains que j'ai étendu sur ma barrière de balcon par les jeunes qui étaient dans la chambre à côté de la mienne,
