Nice location and quietness

They need more than one luggage cart. They need to have the big towels for the pool not the small hand towels. The front desk person needs to make sure they are actually checking you into your room, someone else was checked into my room after I had been there a day. The breakfast food needs better choices only hot food is oatmeal and waffles. They need to have bedding and pillows for the let out bed in the room but even after going to the front desk it get it, the bedding was balled up and still no pillows.

location was good. Room was spacious. internet was solid.

The breakfast was less than advertised but ok.

I liked the roominess of the suite

Breakfast was very poor and the kitchen aide did not replenish much of anything, just talked on the phone instead of working

Bed was nice and the room spacious

Some of the building seemed updated and some did not. Elevator did not work the first night there. Staff banged on our door after the first night at 11 am which was check out time. Granted we had a two night stay. The desk said they would discuss with the cleaning staff but still.
