"Great hotel"

Great hotel and service! However if you get in late, get food for your family BEFORE the hotel.

"Fine for overnight layover"

Facilities were fine and the staff seemed helpful. Just lots of communication issues. Transportation for airport is good with shuttle, but getting to Bergamo required a city bus down the road with no ticket purchase options and a long cab ride back. Food was good and bar wasnt overpriced.

"stop over"

we used this hotel as a stop over before a 2 & half drive to Bormio. Very clean & very convenient for the airport

"One star"

This is surely not a 4 star hotel dirty bf was very minamal food ate dinner there very expensive and not good at would never go there again

Very dirty nad and little breakfast we were very dissapointed with this hotel it should be a one star hotel ate dinner in hotel and it eas fisgustong and expensive i will surely not go again

"Convenient"

Late check in was not a problem. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was satisfying. Free shuttle to airport was very convenient. Shuttle Driver was very pleasant.

"Good hotel near airport"

Did a one nighter after droppingf friends at airport. Clean, comfortable and large room - bed was huge! Very good standard hotel and breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

"Disappointed with the location"

I booked this hotel thinking it was near the airport. There was a Free shuttle bus to airport which was good but we also wanted to visit the shopping centre across from the airport the evening before which cost €25 in & €30 back out. Hotel was reasonably ok but we were disappointed with the location

Very simple, an ok hotel very close to the airport. Not very cosy. Breakfast ok, but the products were not the highest quality.
