Reception was closed before 8am. The person who attended the phone just said: “I don’t speak english”. The room with the shower smelled terrible we had to keep it closed and could not shower there. There was a lot of noise at night

quelques peurs àl'arrivée: Petit souci à l'arrivée avec une carte d'accès à la chambre qui ne fonctionait pas, odeur de cigarette dans la chambre après avoir eu enfin accès à la chambre. Heureusement, le responsable nous a ouvert, puis ,nous a gentiment changer de chambre le lendemain, en nous surclassant. Le lieu est très sympa, bien arrangé, et est convivial, familial. L'accès rapide à la télécabine est un atout. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel. Le restaurant offre une belle variété de menu. Le bar est appréciable, avec le ski, et le soir après le dîner. A l'écart des chambres... Un chouette WE.

I asked for a taxi and the charged me 3 times more than Uber wouldn’t have

Location of this hotel was amazing, dead center of Brides Les Bains. Good price and friendly staff. Short walk to the Gondola!

Didn't get a double bed. Was 2 singles together, but made as singles, not using double sheets.
