Qabila Westbay Hotel by Marriott

I like the Hotel and the most of the stuff, especially Miss Dounia in the reception very helpful, smily.. But it's happened one thing that the room service staff opened my room door without waiting for me to open after 3 seconds when he knocked the door!!!! He wanted to fix the bathroom telephone and spraying the bathroom for the pest control 😔😔😔😔

Very clean, nice hotel. Spa was under renovation. That and breakfast at the hotel is expensive. No complaints other than that. Hotel employees very friendly.

Spa and jacuzzi was not in service and disappointed that was notified of this when booked this package holiday

The room was clean and quiet. The only issue was the obstructed view.

This is a "Dry" 5 Star Hotel that failed to identify that on their Expedia listing. We tried to cancel our reservation at check in and they refused to refund us even though we never used their facility. Also the front desk is busy and cluttered due to coffee shops and sheisha bars in the lobby.

Excellent service, lovely staff, reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Pleasure staying at the hotel.
