The hotel is immaculate, the service is outstanding (from the front desk to room service), the location is unbeatable, and the rooms are super comfortable. I was thrilled with my stay here. From now on, I'll compare all other hotels to this one, because you've set the bar so high. Whenever I visit Limerick, I'm definitely staying here.

The breakfast was good value using the voucher we were given. Overall I’d say it was ok.

More pastries would be good. We were late to breakfast so some things had run out.

"Handy for a city centre stay"

Food in the bar was delicious and service was excellent. Check in/check out was quick. Pool was lovely and warm

Our room was ROASTING. No matter what we did with the air-conditioning it made no difference. As we were in a triple room it was so hot and made it difficult to sleep.
