First of all, the hotel seems quite new. Although small and boutique-like, the suites are quite big indeed. The location is awesome and it has security so felt safe all the time. Internet was super fast. The breakfast was nice and the guy in charge even made me some waffles. More importantly, the staff at the reception desk was incredible. All the ladies there were always patient and ready to help. I am sure I'll be back here if travelling again to Mexico City.

Despite the good location, not too many places to eat nearby. Also, the actual bedroom within the suite, might use additional lighting but it was fine anyway.

"Me robaron la mitad de la ropa que llevaba"

Terrible experiencia en este lugar, precioso lugar, cómodo, limpio, buena ubicación, excelente servicio en comedor, pero me robaron la mitad de la ropa que llevaba la cual dejé colgada en el closet y al reclamarla la Gerente me comentó que ella no podía saber si en realidad yo llevaba esa ropa o no por lo que no podía hacerme un reembolso de mi estancia, para ser exactos me robaron 1 pantalón, 1 chamarra calvin nueva, 2 camisas, una blusa y un vestido. Ni siquiera reembolsándome pagaba lo que me robaron pero era lo menos que podían hacer y no decirme que ellos no podían saber si yo estaba diciendo la verdad, pésima atención, jamás vuelvo. (Cómo evidencia enseñe fotos mías del viaje con la ropa puesta y abrí mi maleta al salir para que vieran que no la llevaba) jamás me había pasado algo similar ni siquiera en hoteles de menor categoría. Mala experiencia.

I spoke Spanish, so no issues for understanding. They understand English however. Place is very clean, spacious (suite), nice furniture (modern). Great Cappuccino (machine, but super good). Close to the Embassies area (main reason for my travel). Hotel called my taxi for the airport. The driver signed at the desk before we left (this gave me a great sense of security). I would return back to this hotel in my next travel to Mexico City.
