Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Businesszimmer OK, mehr aber nicht. Sehr lauter Lüfter im Bad, schlechte Beleuchtung, nicht schliessende Badtuer. Das Frühstück ist keinesfalls 3-Sterne-Standard: Frühstücksraum hat den Flair eines Landschulheims, Buffet sehr weitläufig , aber nicht ergiebig, einfach angerichtet. Mit billigsten Aufbackbroetchen kann man einen Tag nicht gut beginnen.
Visiblement un lieu de villégiature apprécié des allemands car l'hotel était plein. Hotel qui aurait besoin d'être rénové, un peu glauque. Pas de possibilité de diner sur place car c'était complet paraît-il Petit dej mal géré avec un buffet en rupture permanente
Ontvangst was onpersoonlijk en de naam was onjuist genoteerd en dit werd niet gecorrigeerd. Onbeleefd met hulp verlenen om op te sporen waar de fout was gemaakt. Op de kamer was geen gebruiksinstructie over het diner ,ontbijt, gebruik sauna. Diner en ontbijt op zich was goed maar de begeleiding hoe e.e.a. in dit hotel wordt uitgevoerd en wat de wijze van gebruik is werd niet meegedeeld ,ook niet nadat er om werd gevraagd . Men moest het zelf maar uitzoeken. Tafel aanwijzing was minimaal en eventuele inspraak van plaats niet mogelijk. Bij herhaling moeten verzoeken om handdoeken in de sauna. Antwoord : is mijn taak niet vandaag ! Na veel zeuren eindelijk één handdoek gekregen met de opmerking dar er gisteren al een handdoek was neergelegd. ( gebruik van de sauna was door meerdere mensen )
Nice town, nice location. Breakfast great and large clean room. but quite dark , particularly the bathroom. Overall decor is a little dated and could do with brightening up. Although we arrived quite eary reception was not manned which seemd odd as the hotel is quite big. Anway a sign directed us to the restaurant, a bit of a trek, where we received our key and directions to the room. If you are going to the town and expect to be back late check that your room door key does open the main hotel doors. Ours did not and we were tol; that this was not uncommon. Pool looked fine and the park opposite was a nice place to relax but also needs a little tidying up. Possibly not the hotel's responsibility but their name is over the park entrance. However, excellent value for money.
Mooie propere kamer goede bedden en badkamer Het avondeten in buffetvorm is prima voldoende keus . Ook het ontbijt ,ruime keuse in het buffet. Ga zeker nog terug . Aanrader voor verblijf of tussenstop hotel.
Lovely hotel - family room was great, 2 bedrooms. 1 with twin beds, one main room with double bed and sitting area. Separate shower room (no bath). Hotel spotless and peaceful. Great area for exploring this part of Germany. We found plenty to do with two children (6 and 10). Plenty of walks in the forest. Local town has a couple of restaurants and hotel has buffet breakfast which was good if limited, and buffet for evening meal. We had breakfast which was fine for the family - but didn't sample the evening meal. We ate in town at italian/german cafe near church and at the local lake/pond cafe/restaurant (which shuts at 19:00 - so be careful). Food delicious at both places.
Très bon rapport qualité prix pour 1 famille de 4. Chambres confortables et propres.Piscine très correcte, personnel sympathique malgré le barrage de la langue; Le buffet du petit déjeuner est de qualité et a fait le bonheur des petits et grands. Les horaires du buffet du soir ne nous convenaient pas, donc nous n'avons pas essayé...
We used this hotel as a stopover on our way through Germany. Arrived late and doors closed so rang reception and was told were our keys had been left so that we could let ourselves in. Room was comfortable and enjoyed a good night's sleep. Breakfast was very good, massive selection and staff were friendly. Overall a nice place and very scenic positioning too. Would recommend especially for a walking holiday.
Das Hotel ist teilweise renoviert, z.B. im Speisesaal, den Fluren und den Zimmern. Von außen ist es allerdings renovierungsbedürftig. Es ist zu vermuten, dass da noch investiert wird, sollte es jedenfalls. Es ist aber durchaus zu empfehlen, da auch der Preis relativ günstig ist. Die Lage ist wunderschön, direkt am Wald mit einem schönen Spielplatz und Freisitz auf der Rückseite des Hotels. Der Ort ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso gibt es sehr schöne Wandermöglichkeiten.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was an excellent size and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful but quiet so if you are looking for a busy city it is necessary to rent a car. There is a lot to do (even more if it doesn't rain!) but I would definately recoomend making the most of what the hotel staff know.
