Beautiful location. Great view of volcano from room and pool. Great staff

Shower was cold one day. Could not get it to warm up. Don’t really need a jet tub when have the hot springs . Not enough warm water to fill up jet tub.

"All excellent except for the main restaurant dinner"

Excellent all around Hot springs Service All top class

The food quality in the restaurant was really disappointing and not up to standard considering how much it cost. We came here for dinner and sadly did not enjoy the food.
