Alles gut. Besonders die Lage direkt am Strand an der Seebrücke ist super. Unser Hotelzimmer mit Balkon zur Seeseite war perfekt.

"Urlaub vom Feinsten!"

Wir hatten beim betreten des Hotels sofort ein WOW Gefühl! Die Zimmerausstattung war vom Feinsten! Viele Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad! Der gesamte Hotelkomplex ist durchdacht gestaltet! Auch die Architektur und Farbgestaltung in den einzelnen Bereichen sind sehr schön! Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen! Auch ein Restaurantbesuch am Abend ist empfehlenswert! Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind freundlich und zuvorkommend! Sauberkeit und die Lage des Hotels sind top!

Gute Lage, sehr zentral, gut ausgestattete Zimmer

Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption war unterirdisch, all Gast stört man hier gefühlt eher, unsere Tischreservierung ging verloren, Alternativen wurden keine vorgeschlagen, die Bar war geschlossen und das Frühstück ist ein seelenloser Massenbetrieb in einem unfreundlichen Ambiente - bei dem Preis des Hotels geht eine solche Behandlung gar nicht

Die Bar war sehr schön, wenn sie denn geöffnet war

Die Bar war aus Personalmangel Freiagabend geschlossen und hat auch sonst nur bis 22.30Uhr geöffnet. Gleiches gilt für die ganze Gastronimie in Heringsdorf

"Tolles Hotel direkt am Meer"

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, vor allen Dingen die Zimmer mit Meerblick . Der Pool oben auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick und auch die Bar . Frühstücksbuffee war auch super lecker. Auch die Sauna oben auf der Dachterrasse mit Meerblick ein Highlight.

Leider waren die ganze Woche irgendwelche Bauarbeiten im Haus. Und ein Lift vollkommen ausgefallen für ältere behinderte Leute nicht vorteilhaft .
