1. Das Personal super, super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam. Egal ob an der Rezeption oder Restaurant oder im Spa Bereich. Auch wenn Mitarbeiter im Fahrstuhl waren, immer ein Lächeln, immer eine Begrüßung. Das Zimmer war ein Hauptgewinn. So sauber, so modern, ein super Lage mit Meerblick. Ein super Hotel. Ich fahre sehr sehr da wieder hin. Respekt. SUPER.

Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück

Parken für 22€/ Nacht ist schon sehr teuer. In der Nähe gibt es einen Parkplatz an der Kirche für 7€/Tag

Alles war super, die beste Lage in Heringsdorf! Ein leckeres Frühstück und ein SPA Bereich! Es war alles da, was man im Urlaub braucht.

Die Matratze war zu weich.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, fast alles perfekt 👍

Die Fahrstuhlsituation, wir waren Ebene 2, meine Mama mit Rollator - immer über die Parkplatzebene. Der andere Fahrstuhl war leider defekt.

"Heringsdorf hat auch ein schönes Kaffee"

Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstückt war gut . Kaffeeautomat finde ich persönlich perfekt und die hatten sie auch . Das gleiche gab es auch für Säfte. Saubre Sache.

Sagen wir mal so 80 Jahre Stil ( was nur mir persönlich nicht gefällt) und auch in die Jahre gekommen. Im Frühstücksraum waren die Stüle oder vielleicht sollten es auch Sessel sein, mit Rollen drunter. Was ich sehr seltsam fand. Immerhin sind die Gäste zu dem Zeitpunkt wo wir da waren 75 + gewesen. Ganz schön gefährlich solche Rollen da drunter. Zum Frühstück hätte ich mir frisches Obst gewünscht. Es ist nur meine Meinung und sollte auch nicht als Kritik aufgefasst werden.
