Very outdated appliances in room did not work plugs in wall did not work bathroom vent was hanging out of the ceiling very dangerous sheets had some sort of red or brown stain not sure if it was blood trash cans outside were all overflowing with trash also the property owner is just money hungry my key stopped working and he was trying to charge me 20$ for a new room key he also did not disclose that there was a fee for pets he just took it upon himself to charge my card an additional 171$ if I would have known there was a pet fee then I wouldn’t have stayed here could have went next door to the motel 6. Overall horrible experience and management/owner they are just money hungry need to update their rooms and disclose any extra fees online before people book with you overall 0/10 would not recommend whatsoever

Ice machine was broken.Would have been nice to have ice for drinks.

We love staying here. Bed was comfy Good enough to rest our heads while traveling

We stayed here before in a normal room and loved it! So thought we would get a suite this time and see how they were. VERY disappointed. The room was so dirty. Scratches on the door, fridge has some yuck on it, there was a layer of dust on everything! For paying extra it was not worth it. And the hot tub wasn’t in working order

The bed was comfortable

firt of all in the car going down I got. Multiple emails and text that my card had been denied. I mean like 10 identical emails. So i called the motel. The guy who answered just said “hello” so I thought I had a wrong number. I explained why I was calling and again the guy repeated there was a problem with my card. I protested and then he said the reservation was fine. I had trouble understanding him. NO ELEVATOR. Since we are old I asked for a 1st floor room so we didn’t have to carry our suitcases up the flight of stairs. No luck. Then inn the room which was okay the toiletries were pretty bad. Only a small bar of hand soap that wouldn’t even lather and a small shampoo bottle. The management guy (older) was pretty unpleasant and I won’t ever consider going back. Hampton next door is only a little bit more expensive but you get breakfast and it has lots of amenities. So sorry I booked here.

I really liked the location and convenience to access everywhere we were going to visit.

The color of the hotel. The big room (#105a)

Too close to the Hwy. Not enough lighting on the outside hallway. Door knob to bathroom was very loose. Only two handicap parking spaces, could've had a couple more. The park behind had it's lights on all night. A/C wasn't working.
