"Double-charged with no recourse"

We’ve stayed here many times. All is well with the facilities. Never again, however. Not at this hotel or any hotel under their corporate umbrella. PLEASE BE AWARE: When you book online through the hotel website, you’re actually booking through a third party, some entity in India. That means that if there’s a problem, you have no recourse through the hotel or the Hilton customer service site. We were double-charged for a two-night stay, to the tune of $861. I’ve provided documentation to the hotel and their customer service service team (also in India) After three weeks of communication, no one is able or willing to reimburse me. I’m out $861 and they don’t care.
