Room was not cleaned & beds not made after 1st night. Cleaning staff came in a replaced throw away cups. That’s it. Place did not seem as clean as it should be

The hotel was clean, nice and convenient for dinning. Front desk was polite and friendly. The only problem she gave us the wrong time for breakfast. I would stay here again. It’s 5 stars for us.

The current dates of stay were July 11-July 12 2022. The stay was not planned but the entire staff, made the circumstances so much more bearable. The staff were all professional and very customer oriented. Breakfast items were limited however, that does not reflect the service received. Very, very accommodating. Easy to get to and was a welcome sight when we pulled in.

Shaun was nice when checking in. The room was clean. The bed was horrible. I expected a better experience since the room cost $209.00 per night. Will not be stsying here again.

The property was just ok. Upon checking in I had to wait for staff to assist me. Nobody was at the front desk. I was not told that I was going to be an additional hold on my card until I seen the pending charge on the first night and asked. The room was ok- nothing fancy. Bathroom shower curtain ripped and crack in shower wall but clean. Bed was very firm if that’s what you like. The free breakfast is muffins and sugar waffles and sandwiches that you have to microwave. There was also cereal and juices. Pool and hot tub/jacuzzi was very nice. Hotel is near Walmart and many places to eat. This hotel was overall a decent place to stay and it was convenient for where I needed to be.

This is the only hotel in the area I continuously trust! My partner and I have tried the local competition in the area over the years and have been everything less than satisfied. At Fairfield the rooms are ALWAYS clean. Even with our dogs we are never given a room less than the others!
