Browndot Airport New Town

Booked the suite, massage chair was awesome and bathtub. If you get delayed by airlines and have to overnighter this is the spot. Don't use airlines hotel because line is going to be long. Plus this is closeby to Korean BBQ spots and food. So I went out at 6AM and ate korean bbq down the street.

I didn't speak korean so when checking in I was a little lost.

Well located for stopover between flights, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. Just what we needed after a long flight. The local area has many places to eat and drink to chose from

I forgot my wedding rings and the staff kept them for me until we could come back to pick them up. We appreciated this very much!

Nice little boutique hotel, very convenient as it was close to the airport and has lots of stores, restaurants and convenience stores around. It was very clean and I loved the minimalist setting. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location, not far from Incheon International airport. Loads of shops, restaurants and massage parlors close by. Very good price, excellent value for money. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room was VERY hot. Not possible to control the temperature in the room. Seems it is centrally controlled. The floor was hot enough to fry eggs. Had to sleep with the window open.

The hotel was clean neat and at a good location.

There is nothing to complain about this hotel.

Loved the free coffee in the lobby. It's walking distance to shops n restaurants. The staff are friendly. The rooms were spacious. Very clean and the free laundry was an added bonus. Close to airport. Great wifi connection.

The bathroom floor can get wet. It's a weird set up and a wall would have been great.

We took the Superior Twin Room, 3 adults. The best part tht im grateful for is tht there was an AI staff in the ceiling camera to help us get a taxi at 4AM! it speaks english too! Great experience! Haha (human staff only worked until 10pm). Hotel was easily located from Naver app, we walked from train station (2 stops before Incheon airport). The hotel was modern and beautiful! The lobby had complimentary coffee machine, filtered water and ice! There were vending machines for amenities like toothbrush etc. But not sure if its free. Nice ambience from the lobby all through to the room. We were greeted by the staff and she even remembered my name and was expecting me as we arrived at 8pm (she told us about the AI camera in the ceiling). As it is common in korea hotels to be given only small sized towels, she gave us bath sized towels without us asking! Theres a lift up to the room, the room was rather small for us to unload our luggages but it was ok as we will be headed to the airport next morning anyway. I loved tht the room had an air purifier and the disinfectant closet, they had a smart toilet, lol the seats were warm! The room flooring is heated too. The bed sheets were nice and had comfy pillows. They provided bath amenities and had a full box of hair dryer, combs and such. Theres a water kettle in the room with cups for tea and coffee provided.

Although the hotel is nice and had a lift, we were located down the hallway, and had to push our luggage in the next building which wasnt smooth. The room flooring was abit too hot(cant find any buttons to control this) and there were only two hotel slippers, there were 3 of us.
