Location

Used condom wrapper on the floor by the bed when we checked in. Front desk couldn't move us because they were 100% full. There was also hair in the shower from the previous occupants. Still working on a discount for the stay. Pretty disgusting to have to stay in the room for night after that.

The manager was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. She was always pleasant and helpful. It’s because of her I have my new hotel whenever I’m in that part of the state!!!

"Disappointed reserved queen bed but was given one king. Was traveling with my siblings."

I choose this hotel because it was closest to my niece graduation in menifee.

I reserved 2 queen beds on the reservation instead got king bed without knowledge of it. I checkin and did not go up to the room since needed to rush to menifee for my niece graduation and also to avoid the traffic. I knew I will return back to the hotel close to midnight. I lived at chula vista. And did not want to drive back down after a celebration.

The maids clean good

The staff doesn't try to help your situation they just leave you out of any options I just wanted my date changed 😔 they could have just changed dates and let me and my kids rest
