Fairfield Inn & Suites Temecula

I got there and stayed an hour and left because of the traffic noise from outside it was terrible

Loud, you can hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms the doors opening and closing. And with a standing, do not disturb order and door hanger the housekeeper didn't knock and tried forcing her way in my room. The door was locked, and I did report to the front desk. No manager on duty at this time.

Everything from the staff at the front desk to the breakfast in the morning. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations.

45 min to check in ,Noisy ac, you can hear the freeways noises , room very small and old ,too expensive for the quality of the hotel ,wouldn't recommend

The picture you show of the pool area was what I was hoping for, I even rented a room for a friend, let's just say it won't look good on my resume !!! I call that farm worker mentality, fire all the workers and save money and watch your hotel go to pot.. the word gets around real quick... I've been a member for quite sometime but I keep getting hotels with good ratings and bad results !!!

I should have known when I walked into the lobby and there was a large stain on the carpet "something is not right !! Let's just say it won't be my first choice the next time I stay in Temecula .. who does the ratings for the hotels and hotel rooms ?? Have you ever seen the hotels you rent to us or the condition they're in ?? I stayed at one hotel that had graffiti all over the walls in the elevators and the hallways not an inviting site for a family's..

The pool was dirty when I got there, I saw a family walk out to the pool looked and turned around and went back to their room .. I woke up the next morning hoping it had been cleaned overnight.. But no !! It was the same story the last time I stayed at another hotel !! Get something straight hotels owners when it's hot we want a clean pool, and clean bathrooms and a comfortable bed!!
