we booked this hotel because it said they had an outdoor pool. unfortunatly the pool was out of order and our grandkids were not happy about that. it was their birthday trip with us. so instead of staying 2 nights we only stayed 1 night.

There was no pool and under the amenities listed an out door pool was listed. Don’t say you having something that’s not accessible.

"Effort being made but not there yet."

Check in staff was kind and attentive. Front lobby updated and clean.

Room had a musty, damp smell. Bed was past it's life and very uncomfortable making for a not so quality night's sleep.

Staff were very helpful and helped me solve a issue i had while checking in.

I liked the breakfast they had which includes waffles, sausages, eggs, fruits, cereals, pastries and fruits.
