Lovely hotel with old Spanish charm and personality. Rooms are big, well equipped, have wi-fi, aircon works well, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds.location is perfect to visit the castle and the marina. The adjacent street has loads of tapas bars and other small businesses. The staff are friendly, receptionist was fluent in several languages. Courtyard is perfect for a quiet coffee, breakfast or nightcap. If arriving by car I would recommend prebooking a car parking place as the hotel is situated in the old narrow streets so parking could be a nightmare.

we loved our room and the ambience of the hotel. we felt immediately tranquil when we walked in. all spaces were tranquil.

please release the turtles in the bath in the courtyard - they need more space - they´re responsive but it´s because they want to get out - it´s true. it´s cruel to keep them in there for the pleasure of guests. guests don´t need that - i particularly felt upset by seeing them.

This boutique hotel is everything we hoped it would be, we're staying an extra night, The decor is classic and tasteful, the room is large and comfortable, and the renovation kept the historic district feel and look. It's peaceful and beautiful in the heart of old Denia, with everything within easy walking distance. Will definitely return!

Nothing really. If it matters, there is no elevator, just a beautiful, classic large polished wood and Spanish/Moorish tile staircase.
