A beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and a great stay.

The location was fine. overall this was a bad experience considering we paid $1700 for two rooms for one night!

1. The shower had someone's hair on it!!! 2. one missing knob on the bathroom faucet 3. front desk was beyond terrible - not friendly, refuses to print out invoices because we made reservation via third party (Booking.com) and when I checked online, it clearly stated that the property was responsible to print invoice. We paid $1600 for two rooms for one night. This level of service is simply NOT acceptable 4. breakfast was poor - it's only served in the room and it's just less than "simple"...

Front desk staff was great (Trent). Bartender at Chalkboard was also very friendly. Traditional finishes reminiscent of small European hotel.

We had the loveliest time at Hotel Les Mars! I'd go back again tomorrow! Our room was large and tastefully appointed. The bathroom was also spacious and had actual drawers in which to put our many items we need to get ready in the morning! But first of all, to me, the staff makes the difference when getting to your destination. Every single person who greeted us did so with a smile on his/her face, especially Trevor, who checked us in. There was never a time when we entered or left that a staff member didn't greet us with a friendly smile or welcome. We've been heading to Healdsburg, a very charming town, for many years but never stayed at Hotel Les Mars. We usually go for my birthday, in the beginning of July, and have stayed at a few different places. Hotel Les Mars was heads above the rest. Located just off the main Plaza, it's easy enough to shop and return your treasures to your room before returning to lunch or dinner. Treat yourself to a wonderful vacation there--I highly recommend it. By the way, they will make wine tasting reservations at some nice wineries and make sure the tasting is comped. We had a really great time, and I can't wait to return.

The staff were professional, responsive and helpful. The valet parking staff was excellent and even offer to charge my EV car for me. Complimentary welcome champagne, wine tasting happy hour and free wine at the room plus free room service breakfast are all included. I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are big and well decorated.

We were disturbed by a very noisy reception on the first floor that echoed up outside our door and lasted way too late in the night and spoiled our stay Not right for an expensive hotel promising a premiere experience

This is the nicest hotel in Healdsburg! I love it and come back every year. The staff is super attentive. The rooms are spacious with authentic antique furniture and plush decorations. Some rooms have large jetted soaking tubs and marble showers. Very regal and fancy, and you'll be treated like Royalty. Hotel Les Mars is centrally located in town, and walking distance to winery tasting rooms, Michelin star and casual restaurants, and cute boutique shops.
