"Hotel Rotonda - a good central hotel"

The hotel was fine for my business purposes. My room was large and spacious, and they did my laundry well. The buffet breakfast was well prepared and their fresh brown bread was really good. I had an evening meal which was cooked to order and an enormous portion, Taxis were ordered when I needed them and came quickly, The worst part was the terrible pavement outside the hotel with potholes and loose paving.

"Ok, good for a night or two"

Good location, very close to the train station and buses. Room was ok but bathroom was below expectations - dark, dingy, dirty shower curtains and handheld shower head with the holder set waist high so no hands free showering. Had cable TV which was good and strong air-conditioning.

"Rude staff, bad location"

1. The hotel is located in the middle of China town. Very sketchy neighborhood with a lot of trucks and sales/dealers all around. its a far (and quite unsafe at night) walk from the center. Especially at night, you need to walk pass some bars and dark allies. Definitely not a walk-friendly location for women and singles. 2. 3 of the 4 front desk staff were all very rude, and absolutely unhelpful with any questions. All our basic questions regarding parking, walking tour, shopping etc - the answer was "it depends". 3. free and safe parking is not guaranteed. they asked us to park on the street, which, as mentioned above, was always busy with sketchy people walking around.

"Bad location and rude front desk staff"

The front desk staff who was on duty during check out on 11am Dec 30 was rude and absolutely unhelpful. She couldn't give us any info about the city, couldn't answer any of our questions and inquiries, and didn't care at all about any of the customers needs. It ruined our stay really. Other than that, the hotel is quite far from any of the sites, and it's in the middle of China town!! Not a nice or safe neighborhood at all. Hotel doesn't have safe free parking - they tell you to park on the neighboring street, which didn't seem safe at all.

"Not the best choice"

I am not happy first of all from Ebookers. Really bad customer support. I reported a serious issue to ebookers before my checking and I wanted to cancel my booking but that was impossible. HOTEL Really bad breakfast, Hotel renovated and looks good but the bathroom smell bad. Clean room and big. Need more improvement

"No as good as expectsd"

The hotel is located far from the city center. It seems that is renovated but it doesn’t look so once you enter the room especialy the bathroom. There were hair all around. The guy at reception was very very nice. He spoke good English and was very polite. Have us breakfast for free! Over all the hotel wasn’t worth the money we paid.
