We loved everything about this hotel. The staff are amazing, polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with so much choice. The egg chef was particularly good, he does the most amazing omelettes to your liking. The pool is fantastic and the spa staff were lovely. We had dinner at Gordon Ramsey’s and although it wasn’t the best taster menu we’ve ever had, it was very nice and the staff were delightful.

Location is central and a lot within walking distance

Rude staff, lots of the standard amenities for the room need to be asked daily, room cleaning is not done properly at times, air take very long to be done when requested

Lovely traditional style rooms and super friendly staff. Concierge was super helpful when asking reccomendations for dinner and check in staff were very professional and welcoming.
