They charge for service animals

Lots of contractors making a lot of noise outside at 5am, 2 days in a row . Rooms were not cleaned well. Hairs and spills from previous visitors were present in abundance. Staff was not friendly. Beds were uncomfortable. Insufficient pillows and towels. We gave it a second chance and have now stayed here twice in last few years because of the price but We will never stay here again. Two times over 3 years and same results.

Couldn't make it and wasn't able to cancel because of the hoops you have to go thru on-line. Cant call directly

Have stayed a couple times. One visit was noisy. Our last stay, the pillows smelled bad and the bed has a jutting metal piece I hurt myself on many times (room 104)

The staff beat on my door & yelled at me for requesting a full refund!!!

Door was wide open when we arrived. Pillows had dried blood stains on them and towels had dirt and hair on them. The floor was dirty and there were several cockroaches in the corner. The air conditioning filter was filthy. The staff never answered my calls. We didn’t feel safe there.

About 50 dead crickets under the bed.
