The staff’s response was quick and professional and you can see they care about the wellbeing of the customers. We got to see wildlife in and around the property. The proximity of the stay is close to all amenities in that area.

The walk up to our room was hectic and if you are traveling with senior citizens, make sure you book rooms at the lower levels.

Located at good location, near to the town. Easily accessible, good ambiance. Breakfast was good with a lots of variety and taste.

Promised buffet breakfast spread, received A-La-Carte with very limited options. All vegetarian options except eegs which they told is the only non vegetarian option, However food prepared was upto the mark in terms of taste and quality to their credit

When payment for hotel was already secured through credit card, the need to pay upfront after long and tiring 3-4 drive to resort was uncalled for and felt hostile. They also insisted on 3% surcharge on payment through credit card which when I called out as unfair was cancelled.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Xandari Resorts Cardamom County. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, which made the experience even more special. The resort itself is beautiful, with bungalow-style rooms and a strong eco-friendly approach — no plastic water bottles, only sterilised and tested drinking water provided, which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is also fantastic — within walking distance to local shops and activities, and just a short distance from Periyar National Park. It’s the perfect base for exploring the area. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting the region!
