In breakfast Food was good and service was perfect.

Our stay was for a day so we have not noticed any short comings.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the town and wildlife reserve. The staff were very friendly and helpful even making us a packed lunch as we had an early start when we left. The rooms were really good and it felt like you were actually sat in the forest. The food was some of the best we had on our whole trip and all the ingredients, herbs and spices are grown organically in their own garden

The hotel was great and staff super friendly. Our room was very nice and spacious, and also perfectly clean. The food in the restaurant was very good and a lot to choose from. The location is also great as everything is nearby. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, which we did, thanks again to all staff 🙏🏻 We definitely recommend!

The one and only suggestion we can give is to find something that helps against the little bit of humidity in the room. Of course, we we're there in the raining season, so it might be better during summer.

I liked the greenery, lush & awesome. The service, organised team. Exceptional service. Ambience is superb, heavenly.

Restaurant too high up for me to climb. The cobble stone pathway, as it was not senior friendly, which didn't work for me.

Hospitality , dinning ,neatness’s of the property is exceptional .

Great location. Beautiful tropical setting. Very nice swimming pool.

The location was great, close to the park and the boating. The staff were more than helpful and the restaurant was really good
