"I am not happy"

Breakfast was not laid out as buffet stating the the number of guests is less. Not expected. I didn’t have my breakfast. Bad experience

Penny wise attitude doesn’t work in hospitality. Bad experience as they asked me that I have booked an old room through Booking.com while there is no mention of new / old room on booking app.

"It was Okay, not great."

Breakfast was not included. One of the rooms was in a poor state. It smelled musty, and the furnishings were dirty /stained. The room was due to be renovated, as per the hotel staff. The location was the only saving grace.

Could have been more sensitive to the needs of guests and provided a better room in good condition. Ideally, all charges for the room should include breakfast and taxes, as it is very misleading at the time of booking.
